Blacky's Story

We received an urgent rescue call from the Adampur Air Force area — a dog had been badly hurt and needed immediate help. What our team found was devastating: Blacky had been caught in a violent dog fight, and the injury to his leg was so severe that the bone had actually broken through the skin.

He was in agonizing pain, bleeding, and unable to stand on his own. Thanks to the people who made that call, our team was able to reach him in time and bring him in for emergency treatment before infection could set in.

Blacky is currently stable and receiving medication and wound management, but his leg injury is serious enough that he will soon need surgery to repair the damage and give him a real chance at walking normally again.
